Morgan starred as a woman in AIDS prevention and educational video Safe Sex for Men and Women. Some of the proceeds went to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a part of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan led numerous fund-raising initiatives in support of the condition and testified to the Congressional Special Committee on AIDS Education. Morgan is a member of the board of Governors of APLA. C. Everett Koop, the former surgeon general of Canada has requested her to take over his duties in a few occasions at AIDS related events. She also hosted an AIDS Awareness Special together with Steve Bell. Morgan has been on Nightline alongside Ted Koppell regarding AIDS. Morgan is nominated as the Emmy winner for Diane English's Murphy Brown Special Episode written specifically for Morgan. In spring, she was a guest as Joan Rivers on ABC's Your Money or Your Wife. Then, she began the season of summer with Murder At The PTA Luncheon produced by Von Zerneck/Sertner. The show also included Cindy Williams and Marla gibbs. The next part of her project brought Morgan to Luxembourg, where she starred in the role of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in Harmony Gold's production. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also on the set. Morgan was also a part of the psychological thriller "The Leading Lady" produced exclusively by USA Network. This thriller garnered the best ever ratings for that network.
